How do you spiral.A butterfly closes it's wings to die,many doves fly high in the air then fall to the ground,and yet other animals leave their loved ones to die alone.Do they do it to attract attention for their last moments on earth.....is it to be mean?No they lived their lives to the fullest and choose to die in their own way,thier own choice.So do you know how to live,are your eyes open,do you fly in your dreams?Then explain this... when was the last time you looked around you and see the colors,hear the sounds or better yet................... the silence.

We always have "things to do" or "other things on our mind".How good do you feel....do you snap at people,are you to tired ...is it too much for you to handle by the end of the day?This leaves the question are YOU in control of YOUR life.Is it day after day of the same thing without stopping?So ask yourself how can you do what you want and that your life,your being, isin't dying and prepared to do it's own spiral.The butterfly closes it's wings,the dove dives.............what do you do?
